Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your only chance to create a positive impact on buyers before they enter your home. The pluses and minuses that jump out at buyers form their first perception of your house and how you upkeep house's regular maintenance. Acknowledging this assists us in determining what steps we can take to attract buyers from the street and into your house. If your home's exterior isn't up to par with touched up paint and bright garden plants we'll need to address those issues. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and add dollars to your house's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Could a buyer envision themselves lounging in your living area, unwinding in your master bedroom or hosting a dinner in your eat-in kitchen? We want your Open House to pleasantly accept buyers and give them a sense of comfort. I'll help you accomplish this by recommending small improvements that enhance the features of your place. I'll suggest that you put out of sight anything that gives the appearance of clutter. Surface areas like tables, desks and counters should be cleared off. Arts and crafts, sentimental items, family photos, and kids' artwork should get stored away too. We'll simplify the decor of house. Disheveled or dirty areas make your home feel unkempt and buyers have a harder time imagining themselves living there.
Every room gets a once-over. I'll note the pieces of furniture that should be removed, rooms that need new paint, carpet needing to be changed, fixtures that could use shining, and any other improvement that can inexpensively be made to positively influence the sale.
Buyers' agents know that their clients want a residence that charms them. Items that could be "offensive" should be put away so that your home will have impress buyers at the open house.

Setting the Stage In the short time that your house will be on the market, we want to capture buyers' attention. Brightness is a mood changer and we'll draw back curtains, and reduce shadows where needed to welcome the buyer. We'll enhance the air of the house with enjoyable music to listen to while guests look at your home and assure a pleasing fragrance flows from every room. We'll incorporate cozy-looking throws, and place pillows on your loveseat and bed. We want buyers to feel like your current house is their future home. |
